And on a side note, I went to the nutritionist today. I learned that I need less sodium, because sodium is making me retain water and making me... larger than I want to be So basically no more fast food. You wouldn't believe how much sodium is in those things. D: Even subway. Even though it's healthy, just a 6inch sandwich has about twice as much sodium as I'm supposed to get at a meal...

I'm also supposed to get lots more fiber.

...I like sodium...

But I'm glad that she didn't say I should give up a lot of food I like. I just need to find low sodium and high fiber versions of the things I already eat. There's even a high fiber ice cream I can eat!
